NPQ Weekly Challenge: Water Spotted

We've had theme-based challenges for a while, so let's go for a new technique this week.  And as it's been ages since we did anything messy, it's time to get wet again LOL

If you've been struggling for design ideas or been creating WTF manis, this one is ideal for you because you only have to think of your colour combo.  The design will be created from the technique.  I can't guarantee it won't be WTF, but hopefully it will be a bit of fun :D

- Get into the Christmas spirit with the reds and golds.

- Stick with autumnal colours to see out the fall in style.

- Or go for more neutral colours to calm everything down before the serious bling starts in December ;)

NPQ Challenge - Dr Who - Showcase

The 50th Anniversary of the Doctor inspired us to do our nails in last week's NPQ Challenge.

Some members chose to go full Dr Who nails, some went to represent a specific Doctor, and some decided to do Galaxy nails, here is a few of each kind:

+Zoë March did Galaxy nails to go with the theme.

NPQ Showcase - McKayle Hart

Another talented Queen of our community is +McKayle Hart who decided to showcase on of her favorite manicure:

Are you a fan? Which is your favourite District? Who is your favourite character? 

If you have not read the books, dooo eeet. 

If you have not seen the first movie, dooo eeet.  And then go see Catching Fire due for release in November. 

Google for "hunger games nail art" for some ideas. 

Your mani could be based on one or more of the districts, or a character or a polish from the China Glaze Hunger Games collection. Dare you be as outrageous as Effie Trinket?

NPQ Challenge - Sexy Seductress - Showcase

So many sexy manicures have been seen this week on our community. We all put on our red, pink and purple to sex up our nails a bit. Laces, leopard print, corsets..we had it all. It's was hot hot hot on NPQ!
It's getting harder and harder to select only a few manis to showcase, we have so many talented ladies in Nail Polish Queens!

Let's start with +Fabiana N very aggressive and sexy claws with a hint of red. And showcasing Nfu-Oh bottles fit perfectly for that challenge.

Let's keep it up with the touch of red, with +Jessica Garcia corset nails. 

Another touch of red coming from +Victoria Eaves who let the leopard out for the occasion.

And let's go full red with +Sarah Short lace and  fishnet stocking design. 

From red to pink, with +Cissy Rsl elegant and sexy pink manicure. 

Another leopard print but with some hot pink from +Danielle Rabone 

+Carrie Blatchford went full lace in black and white.

And finally heart beats by +Keely Gallagher and a beautiful red glitter gradient.

We have seen so many ghosts and ghouls, spiders and eyeballs recently for Halloween, I thought we would turn it all around and get sexxxxy. 

You can make a mani sexy and seductive in so many ways: 
Colours - red/black or vampy colours. 
Designs - hearts, lips. 
Decoration - lace, glitter. 

Be creative and start raising the heart rates of everybody who sees your nails ;)
